FARAGLIA E VESCOVI

Giorgio is a member of the Law Society of Perugia. He studied at the Università degli Studi di Perugia. Having graduated in Law with a special interest in International Law, he completed a postgraduate specialisation course in Comparative Constitutional and International Law.

He has been working as a fully qualified lawyer since 2002 and has many years of experience in Italy in the resolution of legal disputes in the areas of civil, administrative and employment law. He is specialised in Contract Law and assists many companies with legal issues concerning European Structural Funds.

In the course of his career he has also developed a specialisation in Inheritance Law, Family Law, Corporate Law and professional responsability. He has an excellent knowledge of the English language and in particular of legal English.

Cristina is a member of the Law Society of Perugia. She graduated in Law in Rome, at the LUISS Guido Carli (Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali), with a specialisation in International Law and the European Union. She continued this interest with a postgraduate course in European Union Procedural Law including work experience at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.

She has been working as a fully qualified lawyer since 2009. She has consolidated her legal experience working for an important law firm in Perugia and has specialised in administrative law and contractual responsibility. She has several years' experience as a consultant for the Region of Umbria in the application of European Legislation for the provision and use of European Structural Funds and in tenders in the service sector.

She has acquired concrete experience in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of controversies, particularly with regard to in rem jurisdiction, leasing and tenancy laws, contract law, inheritance law and family law. She has an excellent knowledge of the English language, particularly of legal English, and also of French.
